Man...the road in front of me is a death trap...blind spots....dumass drivers...ricers late at night....focking cops...and worst of all.....kids (13+) that run into a street like its a sidewalk....

Did you ask to see his Radar? Did he flip on his lights before or after you pulled into your parking lot? If he didn't flip his lights on until you were already in the parking lot, you should be able to easily get out of the ticket, depending on the laws there. In some cities, it is illegal for an officer to follow you into a parking lot (private property) to give you a ticket unless you are exceeding speed or driving wrecklessly on that private property. You should go to court to fight this ticket.

But, that totally sucks that he did that to you!
