Shouldnt be too much of a problem.. My friend did that on his DET and it is still running to this day. It happens on DSM's all the time and they dont seem to have issues. I would raise those two pistons to TDC cover the rest of the motor and hit the areas with a dremmel sand roll to make sure there are no high spots or burs that could come loose..
I am going to get my rockers cryo treated and get rocker arm stoppers (dont know if I need them for GTiR head though)
