Do they suck? Nah... IIRC they're the same as Q45 brakes in the front (280x28mm rotor, 2-piston caliper) and probably in the back too.
I'm in the middle of adapting the Q45 rear e-brake assembly to my 4 lug setup. It looks like a simple spacer will suffice to fill in the gap where the 5 lug hub originally was. I might just take the 5 lug hub and cut off the section that's sandwiched between the e-brake bolt and the backing plate.
