If not. Get him an Iwata Airbrush, and a compressor if your really dropping bank. My ex got them for me one year for christmas and I loved that shit. If he paints seriously, he'll enjoy it.
She also got me a can of Montana grape that was super hard to find. It took me 2 years before I decided to finally use it. hahah.
