It was a county cop. There's more to that story that I didn't feel like writing. Mostly it was that when the cop said "You can go", he said "Make sure you get your friend that was with you and come back in an hour at this same spot and I will talk to your friend." The cop went on saying that if he didn't come back he was gonna prosecute him on "Improper Start" or some ****. But my friend never showed back up.
