ok.. not everytime but sometimes when my car has about a 1/4 tank or less my car starts idling bad .. at about 1500RPM and when i tap the gas the rev drops back to 750RPM and theres black smoke coming out of my tailpipe.

also when i shut off the car in this state it doesnt start up agian.. it needs to sit/cool for a few hours and it will start agian.. needless to say this is a very annoying problem. ive asked this board before if they could give a diagnostic w no avail. anyways this problem also is associated to turning on the heater?.. weird.
