I would qualify the suspension question: S13 did have a stiffer suspension, but the S14 had a stiffer chassis.
Hey, if you get this, why not get a Silvia front clip and, rather than do an S14 front, do the Silvia nose. When you see one of these (esp. on a coupe), you really see the evolution of the car. Oh yeah, and an S13 front clip would come with an SR and all the fixin's to do the swap. $0.02
