WTB: Clean S14 in NORCAL.

Zenki or Kouki is ok
Less than 120,xxx miles preferred
Must be 5spd
Any color is fine
Must be clean title.
Strongly prefer no mods - No SRs, must pass smog legally
No accidents
Record history
Well maintained

Basically a clean, stockish S14, no hassles, for a daily driver.
I've owned 2 S14s before, so I know what issues they have and what to look for

Have cash in hand, ready to buy if I find the right one.
