WOW.. i got busted also on the 22 freeway got off on orangewood drive next to the angel stadium. I believe orangewood is close from state college im really bad with my streets but ya i also dealt with the same thing he only gave me speeeding ticket and said it could of been worst by giving me a ref tick cause of my exhaust cause he said he heard me from a long distance cause of my exhaust full 3 inch megan to 3.5 in megan muff + no cat. I'd say go ahead and pay the fine. But wow man that speeding ticket is gonna cost ya! Im actually going to pay mine tomorrow 363$
