I'm calling my car OBDI½ lol. I was built 3/94, which should be OBDI, and yet it has a 3C OBDII ECU. I wouldn't imagine that the ECU had been swapped cause the car has a KA and OBDI harness... But then again...
I don't trust those numbers. If you have a 3C ECU all that tells me is your ECU has a big 3C on it. It's still a 1995 model.
