I suppose we should also specify which platform we are talking about here too. S14 fitment is different than S13 fitment. Especially since the over fender designs for each chassis is completely different.
The hands down best way to find out what wheel size you need is just measure. throw some set of wheels on that you know its dimensions. Then measure and calculate to find what offset you need for a given width. Thats what i did with mine, and it is FLUSH.
