Arrrh I could put it on and yeah it would spin, heck it would spin before I took if off. That doesn't mean it's still effiecient. Thats what I need an answer for. Reason why i ask if there's a way I can tell with it off the car in my hand, is it would be smarter for me to just put on a new one on if needed, rather than findinging out it is bad, and then having to take if back off to put a new one on.
