without bleeders it's more like:
remove wheel
connect hose to nut
have friend pump brakes
loosen nut
have friend pump brakes
close nut while pumping to prevent air seeping back in through the nut
repeat until air stops comming out.
I never could bleed the brakes properly by myself before.
