No. The car will squat differently depending on hp and traction.
HKS drag coilovers are good for medium traction (drag radials), but they have too soft a spring rate for slicks on a grippy track. Stock suspension is best in loose conditions such as bad tires or slick track. You basically want the car to squat as much as possible without bottoming out. Low hp, low traction => soft susp. High hp, high traction => hard susp.
