Completely incorrect. The
rear OE upper mount is steel. It does use a rubber bushing in the center and a rubber insulator below, but is it not a big chunk of rubber like the front.
The problem is the coilover pillow ball mounts are thinner and fixed to the shaft with a spacer, some coilovers are designed to use that exact that type of setup only. The old Apex'i WS Coilovers worked with OE mounts, but not a lot of others do. You'll have to see what you're working with and go from there.
