You're overdrawing somewhere, meaning you have a bad connection. Bust out a multimeter and the FSM and check resistances across terminals.
Its probably easier then that but I don't have much experience with it. Just be systematic in how you test.
Or you could just unplug things one at a time and keep replacing the fuse till it doesn't pop anymore. Once it stops blowing you've found what is wired improperly..
except you might run through a few fuses.
