Could have been adapted over. I don't see Nissan redesigning the upright to fit a new caliper unless the casting was flawed or upgraded. People use one of the OE bolt holes and then make a bracket for the other to fit the V35/Z33 calipers, I'm betting it's the same type of setup here.
But they do look good. 13.8" rear rotors would be complete overkill on a 240 though, plus that's a HUGE piece of iron to hang out on the hub.
