Well it looks like you already had a test pipe man, someone had hollowed out your cat to begin with. Because it should've had white ceramic inserts inside of it

or depending on how you meant the first message "kinda unclear" a test pipe won't have anything in it, it is hollow, you can make one by just putting a piece of pipe between your downpipe and your intermidiate pipe
