Ive had this problem for a few months..havent drove the car for awhile cause of this

I start the car up and idle will go up to 3k and then eventually stall..i would have to give it gas to keep it running until operating temp, even at operating temp idle is a little rough. If i give it gas idle will shoot up and sometimes stay around 3k =(. Ive been searching and im leaning towards the coolant temp. I changed the tps but no luck on that.
