well check the compression. then if its still low. put a little oil in the cylinder. if that changes the compression dramatically then its your rings or cylinder wall. if not. check your oil for water. if you dont find anything make sure you got a good seal with the compression tester. if after that you cant find anything wrong it might be your valves not seating properly?????
