My buddy used Spray Nine on his fog lights inside them.
Take them out and remove the bulbs (not too familiar with S13 and if this is easily done)
but spray with spray nine inside, slosh around, dump, rinse and repeat as needed. Use a hair dryer to make sure theres no moisture.
