No front plate is some what debatable. My GF got a fix it for it because it wasn't on the front bumper, but it was clearly displayed in the front window, and DMV states that it must be displayed any where in the front of the vehicle, which it was. on the exhaust issue is that it's B.S. If it's ridiculously loud and pollutes then yeah I under stand a law for it. So IMO don't give me shit for it unless u have a decibel meter.
