I did pull out just the fuel line and see, there the fuel flows fine. But what I meant is I connect that incoming fuel line to the FPR ( isn't this is right way ? ) but I can't see any fuel pass thru the FPR into the fuel rail.

What you meant is I am connecting them in reverse order ?

here is how I connect them

line from fuel pump > FPR > Fuel Rail > Return to Gas Tank.


but it seems like you are telling me to connect them this way

line from fuel pump > Fuel Rail > FPR > Return to Gas Tank.
