You don't need a new one.
Just pull it off and pound it out.
I just use a 2x4 wood block and hammer.
Then I re-paint the oil pan again ( so I can see the scrapes in the future).
Then silicone gasket shit, the black shit.
Done and done.
Oh and wait for that shit to dry. I usually wait like a day just in case.
