There is no problem boosting a KA even at 160 XXX if the motor is in decent shape. Do a compression test first. You can run a setup between 7-10psi DD if it's well tuned. Even if your engine dies on you, for the price these engine are sold, it's a joke compare to SR's or other engine that fit's 240sx engine bay, that's why I have few spare engines in the garage
