Your not going to trick anyone that knows anything about cars into thinking a motor is another by modding a valve cover to fit another motor
Dont they put your cars on the emissions machine there? If so a valve cover wont help you at all. Sniff test will kill you everytime.
If you are wanting to break the law and run a SR in a state where its not legal - then just find someone that can be paid to pass your car!
Would be alot cheaper then trying to mod a valve cover to fit another motor and still failing!
