is the only difference between the r32 gts and gtr coils the lower mount on the rears?.

i'm putting these onto my infiniti q45(g50) and i need either r32 gtr coils or z32 ones which i believe is the same?.

how long will it take to spl order z32 lower mounts?. how much will they cost also(to 96720)?. thank you.
