Looks like you did a good job with the rears. As far as building up the front, what was wrong with it? It's super annoying to have to fab up the upper/lower rad support, headlight brackets, etc and have it all come out square and fit correctly - I really hope there was some reason for all that. I would stick to 1/2" square tubing, at least then you can put bolts through it - 1/4" is really small.

LS1's are great, I'm sure you'll enjoy it. I'll be looking forward to your review of the Daft kit.
