There's no step by step process. Just unbolt stuff. I have done it three times now and the nuts holding the turbo to the manifold will give you some serious issues. Take your time and keep your patience and you will get them.
Easiest way I have found:
-loosen nuts holding manifold (don't remove)
-unbolt turbo from manifold and remove
-remove manifold from block
Reason I do it in that order is you can shimmy the manifold around to make it easier to get the turbo off the studs
