I live in Canada(quebec city), and the best way to ship stuff, is either to send it as a warranty return, or 15usd per package as a gift...
If you're using UPS ground, we have the normal 7% taxes, the duty taxes, AND the brokerage fee(that is soooooooo crazy)...
For 2 bride brix II seats + 2 bracket coming from USA(about 2300 $CAD) it costed me around 700$USD just for the taxes and fee... NOT including the shipping price...
The best way, i'd say use UPS Expedited... yes, it's more expensive, but because it's air shipped, we don't pay for the brokerage fee... I use it a lot now. you only pay the 7% taxes. And you receive your item in 2 buisness days.
UPS is the safest way to ship stuff...
USPS is cheaper, but sometimes, it get lost by Canada postal service... seen that often...
