If I were in this situation, at the ONSET of the flaking. I have a one-strike rule when it comes to flaking chicks. There is no redeeming amount of "hot" to make up for bullshit. You're better off without her and probably best to not even converse with her at all unless you have to. Don't grant her anymore of the attention she is desperately seeking with her recreational homosexuality, let her die dumb. Don't tell her you're done with it, just be done with it.
