No you can't just block it because it has a device to pump out fluid when it is needed and if it can't it will brake. As far as bleeding it to the resevior you can try that but it takes some confuring. Take my advice just go without it. It really isn't bad. The only hard turning is when you are sitting still. Plus it is a light car it ain't hard to turn trust me.
