these Exel wheels good clean.. and good price..

Are these some Knockoff Cheap wheel company?
Hows the Quality on Exel wheels??

maybe i should just go with 5zigens..
which one on these 5zigens would look good on a s13

so these wheels that saids 4or5lugs fit both ways correct?
later on if i upgrade to 5lug i wont need to buy new wheels

on my s13..
