Just to let you know. Shipping cigarettes across state lines is like paramount to killing kittens and is some trafficking felony. Since the tax on them is paid on state levels it falls under the same stuff as wine and booze. I know your not trying to skirt uncle sam out of his 45 cents a pack or whatever just FYI.
