This bill is very broad and affects anything that is imported for children under 13. I put this link up so it would show your local congressman that people care about the details within this bill that was passed on 2/9/09. And there need to be clauses added for certain items. The banning of 2 strokes still has not happened by the way. It's been going on for almost a decade now. And yes some manufactuers don't make certain 2 strokes anymore partly because of the future banning and partly because of demand.
A few days ago my brother went to get a few parts for his Kawasaki Klx 110 and was told they couldn't sell him a single part for the bike because of this law. If that part was also used on other models it too would be discountinued.
