The S13 has a little box thingy right were the slave cylinder is at, you're supposed to bleed the system from BOTH the box and the slave cylinder. If that doesn't work try replacing the master and slave cylinder, they're cheap, about $20-$30 for each one, it's always best to change both at the same time
