A while back I snapped an exhaust mani stud. One closest to the dizzy. Ive tried for about 2 months to get that sucker out, the threads are gone, the hole is untapable.

I have a leak on cylinder 1 which hath made my car nearly undriveable.

Has anybody double stacked gaskets, or used some copper RTV/hondabond with decent success on a snapped stud?

I have a spare head, however reading the FSM, its almost looking over my head to swap all the internals into the other head.
