As far as Nissan HQ,
I was under the impression their main US hq moved from Gardena to some town TN in '05 or '06.
Maybe there is another facility operated by Nissan in socal somewhere.

Willow Springs track is in Rosamond. It's approx 2 hrs north-east of los angeles.
