I woke up at 4:30am this morning, browsed the web for a bit, kissed my girlfriend goodbye for the week, and grabbed some OJ. I've quit drinking coffee cold turkey, I cheated and had starbucks last Tuesday but that's only because I had to drive to Pasadena and I was falling asleep using my roommates car.
Went into the garage and figured today would be a good day to wrap up all of the intercooler dealings, get it all clamped in and buttoned up, also to put my front body harness back together.
check out the cool gloves my roommate gave me, they're for electrical stuff and what not. Grounds your hands or something like that, lol.

5:45am
look at the location for the ambient temp sensor for the digital climate control.
I stopped halfway though to take a breakfast break, ended up beating battlefield bad company during this break, I was already half way through the game. After all was said and done, this game sucked. It played like rainbow six, and if anyone knows me I am a HUGE battlefield fan.
Went back to the garage.
My measurements for the electric fan wiring were a bit off, but then again I have an over sized radiator that doesn't exactly fit my car properly.
After I got the harness back together, I got all of the hoses for the radiator in and clamped down, filled the radiator with coolant. And of course, forgot to tighten the drain... lol luckily not that much leaked and it's still topped off, but there goes my dry garage floor.
Yes too much reading and not enough pictures asshole. I see what you're saying.
I then decided to take the dremel to my vertex front bumper. I wish I had some kind of sanding device to make the shit I did even, but seriously I could lay more glass in here if it bothered me that everything is no longer symmetrical.
this is not computer generated, and I'm only 25 percent done.
done, fuck poor dremel, already sounds like it's going bad haha.
I would also like to add, I fucking hate working with fiberglass, so I tried to one up it this time and put on a sars mask, eyeglasses, long sleeve shirt, had jeans on, gloves. You do not understand agony until you spend a day with a nice coat of fiberglass in your forearms.
I then test fit the bumper by just putting it on the bumper support, not one screw at all holding it in place. This is so beautiful.
Why so high? is the SR lighter than a KA?
Sat a fender on the car to double check.
(wow it is pretty high, that's odd.)
Then I kind of sat around for a while, thought about life while sipping on some OJ.
Decided to finish the remainder of the harness with a boot of heat shrink I had placed back here but never heated up, then did the deed, pulled the harness back in the cabin through the plug. And put in my aluminum skid plate, you may also notice I have the old oem harness cover over the tech flex, which makes the wiring look twice as thick.
Being I already double bagged the harness with tech flex. There is a lot of shag metal the flex can snag on, so I want it double protected out here at the front of the car. Troubleshooting electronics is one thing, but when you cant easily access them, that's another monster.
You can see here that if my harness ever breaks it's zip ties holding it up, it will just fall and rest on the skid plate (which only has one screw in it, otherwise it's more of a tight fit where it is.
And I'm just going to dive into the fuse box dealio tomorrow.
I still do not know what to do with my power steering hose, I think I'm going to yank the one off of the s13 and put it on my s14. I don't feel like dismantling the engine and trying to get the old KA power steering pump to work.
Anyway, I'll keep the updates moving.
I packed up shop when it started to get dark.
