Is the SR from a clip?
Do you know the last time the SR ran?
Maybe you need to try cranking it over a few more times, get some fuel in there.
Sometimes it takes a little bit to start once a fuel injected engine runs dry.
No other work was done to the engine?
So compression should be there and timing should be on?
