This is a great time to flush the block too.
As for the wiring, you can reuse your KA lower harness so the part with the wires cut, where you describe it, shouldn't be critical. At least, where you describe it, I don't have anything branching off of my RB harness. Just my KA lower harness that I combined with the RB one.

You think that part of the ahrness could be the part that goes to the lower harness? If so, I wonder how it connects?
Its just weird. Ill have to see where those wires go to the ecu.
Something i thought of maybe its ABS????
It looks like I have two dash plugs, one is a little bigger then the other and a friend said it might be an ABS plug or something. Ill let you guys know.
BTW valve covers arent going on till the motor is dropped in.
