on my old car i had Z32 30mm brakes with R32 GT-R wheels, theyr'e 16x8 +30, they clear both Z brakes and coilovers. i ran a 205/50/16 tire all around....
the best thing is to run a small section high sidewall tire and stretch it over a wide rim so its flush with the rim lip and there's no sidewall buldge, that way there's no way the sidewall can flex its all about response man.
