The S14 head would be modified to fit the S13 block........ so I would say you need a S13 Gasket.
I dont understand the work though... why would you Not want the High Port Head..... and replace it with Low Port and possably VVTC?? Also you can't use a Top Feed Injector (unless you have the new Greddy Short Port or similar).... S14 SR is a pain in the ass... I know... I have one!!
