that personal wheel that eddie posted is almost identical the momo monte carlo, i had that wheel for like 10 years now. i like both nardi and momo, some of the momo stuff can be pretty cheesy - you really dont need more than the basics.
i am currently trying to decide what i will run in my s13, ive narrowed it down to either an R32 GTR wheel or the momo prototipo.
