Eh I hear mix reviews from "friends" of mine. I put that in quotes b/c I only know them through car affiliations. I've known some to be very impressed with their workmanship (turbo installs and mild fabrication), but those guys actually drove out to the shop. I personally have ordered some small odds and ends from them and they have been very polite on the phone.
Sorry you had a bad experience, maybe Jason was having a bad day??? Who knows...
But nothing beats the Enjuku racing guys for customer service imo
