Plenty of people have heard of the big28. Anyways, I would expect a lot of lag from that turbo. The standard big 28 doesnt have too much lag, but they are pretty much at the limit making high 300's to the wheels.
What did FP say about a 450hp version? I assume it would be easily possible, but I would think the compressor would have to be much bigger than the turbine wheel is capable of being, even in the bored out housing. That would make for a high psi very laggy turbo.
