[Destructo]

I just got my tein HE in the mail today, and i opened them up and has expected instructions are all in jap lingo. I was wondering if anyone out there could give me a refenrence on about how long it should take to install them? whats a good setting for dialy drivin and driftin on weekends? and so I get something like a adjust. control arm right away to deal with neg. camber issues or let go? or what else can i do to correct it?
