Yeah man this site is very fair...I have managed to get to my current post count without any flames of people that count...i.e.: new posters that have a random negative comment and offer no assistance just ass pain hahah.
And yeah not searching will get you some neg feedback so try your best to find your answer and state the fact that you did search and you should be able to skate without a single flame.
