Thats all you need bro. The only 350z parts u need are the pressure plate, clutch disk and throw out bearing.
I'm running an 350z ACT heavy duty clutch which is rated 450+ ftlbs tq. A tad stiffer than stock pedal feel, but holds power like a 6 puck clutch!
