i ordered a bumper from them 5 months ago [Feb 12] and i am still clueless of where it exactly is, yes i called a number of times and this is all the info they would give me. they have told me a number of times that it came, it got shipped out this and that. then i call back 2-3 weeks later and they tell me it juss came and will be shipped out.....again.
